Run don't walk away from this "company". They don't want to refund. In fact, they NEGOTIATE! Initially it was "we'll give you $5 to KEEP the item! Then they said $11. After arguing until I was blue in the face they have offered $20 for a $50 item! That's the best I'm gonna get so I'll take the $30 loss. They advertise as being in the US but it's very clear they're not. I think I'll stick to brick and morter stores. This place is a total scam and rip off!

1star so I could post. Elsiu is not in North Carolina processing and sending the order Fast delivery that didn’t happen. I sent emails asking when my order was shipping and they kept asking me wait another week again and again. I never shop this site so I did wait . After 3weeks I get a USPS tracking number . I sign up for USPS notifications. I get notified package in Texas. I figure OK guess thats part of shipping route I live in New York Than I get an update package out for delivery with a TEXAS delivery address. I went to my post office to have them check and postal worker confirmed package being delivered to an address in Texas and post master printed the information for me. I send a detailed email to elsiu about this and tell them cancel my order and send me a refund. later same day I get USPS update package was delivered to a Texas address. I again send detail message to elsiu and request refund . They email me back asking again for my address which I provide again and advise them again about tracking info. I get a follow up email it says package delivered check with a neighbor see if they signed for. They attached a copy of the postal delivery notice with their response to me which gives a Texas address! I again email them details with my name my order delivery address and point out I live in New York and you sent package to a Texas address Texas 1,800 miles away I again tell them to send me a refund. They have gone silent.

I haven't received my order it was placed in late May 2024 . Who do I contact to either get the product I order or a refund!!!

Waiting to recieve exchange paid shipping been over 30 days and nothing

Canceled my orders as it was taking too long to ship. The order was canceled but no refund was issued as stated in a email from customer service. No phone number and no way to track the promised refund 😕

The order took 5 weeks to arrive, even though it says the clothes are made in North Carolina. This is a scam. It has Chinese written on each item and also the bag they came in. They will not answer emails and there is no phone. I am lucky I am only losing $123 for this awful, inferior merchandise. Do not be scammed like I was. Do NOT purchase from this company. Elsiu, if you are reading this, my order number is 10149025 and my zip code is 33483. I am going to post this all over Facebook and Instagram. If you see this review, look up my order and call me regarding returning this horribly made, inferior merchandise. Now I know why you do not send invoices along with your merchandise. YOU ARE SCAMMERS......

I am trying to return a swim suit that doesn't fit and cannot get in touch with Customer Service. Whenever I type in the return directions it brings me back to the Home page. I can't find a phone number as well. HELP!!
