BUYER BEWARE!
I received no shipping information with my order confirmation email. After a month of several emails back and forth and never receiving a ship date, my order finally arrived. Most of the clothes either didn't fit or were not flattering on me. So I immediately requested a refund. Rather than tell me how to get a refund, they keep offering me money to keep the clothes, even though it's less than half of what I paid for them. It's maddening! Just tell me how to get a refund. That's all I want to know. While they claim to be ". . . based in the USA," and their ". . . products are all made and shipped from South Carolina," the package I received had a shipping label from JOE DOE out of ILLINOIS. Never mind that all of the bags the clothes were in have MADE IN CHINA on them. As of today, I am still waiting for someone to tell me how I can return the clothes for a full refund. I'm not going to take $80 or $120 for $250 worth of clothes that I cannot wear. I'm really hoping I do not have to take this up with PayPal to get it resolved, but it's looking like I will. Very frustrating, but I think that's what they're counting on. They want me to give in or give up, and most people probably do, so they win.
