The jewelry seems to be a good quality & price is right! Also I was pleased with how it looked when I received it!

In your video of the necklace that I bought. The main Pearl is larger than the other two pearls. When I received the necklace all three pearls were the same size. I wasn't happy with the look. You should manufacture your necklaces to look like the picture.

We thought we ordered gold but got silver. First a disappointment but it was correct. Now very happy with the results.

The necklace I received was markedly different than advertised. The pearl size was too large on the necklace, changing the entire balance and look of the center drop pearl. I reached out to customer service to replace it. I was told that there was no replacement to look like the ad photos because the pearls always vary in size. I was offered $20 refund or I could return [at my expense] for a credit. I questioned why I should pay when they are advertising a product they do not have but was told that is "company policy." The communication was prompt but if you want a necklace that actually looks like what is advertised...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will update this with photos once posted if I am able.
