I was disappointed in the quality of the piece. The clasp in the front does not hang straight because both sides of the string of beads are equal which causes the clasp to insert at an angle. My suggestion would be to add an extra link. I think that would solve the problem. It is very pretty but awkward looking.

I purchased the pearl necklace with T bar and drop pearl. The pearls are nice, however, the drop pearl should be larger. The T bar moves around in different directions and I keep fixing it to be horizontal.

So disappointing. My necklace came poorly assembled with about an inch gap of thread with no beads. I was going to exchange it until I read the directions on their return policy. I would have had to pay to return it to CHINA!!! *** Thank you for your response below. The information I gave regarding returns was written in the RETURNS policy.

Your advertising presentations are lovely to look at … very pleasing. It was easy to order and they were delivered rather quickly in pretty little pouches. I love the colors although I thought I was getting more of a turquoise and it seems more green. The only thing that disappoints me are the clasps…. I love the closure, however, they appear more bronze in color than gold.
