Great chocolate, poor shipping experience. The Milka bars arrived on time for Christmas, which I appreciated. However, the way they were packed was very poor. An industrial-style serrated edge of a cardboard box was left in the box as filler; it sliced the tops of the candy bars open and resulted in a cut on my hand. Because I paid significantly over retail for these as a special gift, it was a major letdown to find them damaged due to such careless packing. The product is 5 stars, but the shipping experience is 1 star. I won't be ordering from here again due to the lack of safety and quality control.

Can't wait to order again! The service was fair. After 2 days mold started growing on my product. This was horrible!

They sell products I can't find anywhere else so that's why it's a 2 but the shipping is just terrible, it took them about 7 days just to get the package to ups. By the way ordered on 9/30 and still haven't got it it's 10/7

I ordered chocolate and there was no special shipping procedures so the chocolate was melted by the time it was delivered. I would not order chocolate from them.

Order was missing items with no reimbursement.
