I will say the shipping was quite slow (took just over 3 weeks to receive my order), but they were very apologetic about the delays and even gifted me a 15% refund as compensation. Now that I’ve finally received my chairs I can leave a review and I will say for the price they have exceeded my expectations. They look great for a fraction of the price as another website that had a similar chair. Will have to see how they hold up, but as of right now I’m happy with my purchase

i got the towel warmer from Ellure for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately when her and her boyfriend were transporting it into her dorm, they dropped it down the stairs, it broke. I contacted ellure support not expecting much, but they sent me a new one for free. Absolutely amazing support from a business. Will definitely shop here again.

Good customer support! FedEx said my package was delivered but it was not. I contacted Ellure and they shipped me a replacement. I can't review my purchase yet because it is not yet installed but I will update once that happens.
