Do not buy from this switch and bait or selling misleading products that doesn’t match the online product or company refusing to refund you for shipping incorrect or damage products.

**AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED** We ordered a sideboard “Ceccano” from this store. After 1 week we received an email saying the order was cancelled due to low stock, on checking the product was still IN STOCK and they increased the price by an additional 100Euro.

Total scam. I ordered a decor item around April 4, 2025 and here it is May 24 and still nothing. When I inquire they say the same thing that it is in transit and send me a link. The item had never left China and had only moved from city to city in China. Don’t buy from them. Totally disappointed and I have no way to get my money back.

The product received does NOT resemble the product shown on their website. The customer support team are adamant that the correct product was sent, despite photographic evidence and expect me to pay the costs of returning the item. I realise we live in a world of alternative realities and fake news but if this experience is typical of how Ellure Decor promotes quality products but delivers inférieur alternatives, I urge you to AVOID.

I too have received a chair that is not what I ordered. They want me to find my own way of shipping item back to them , nor will they pay for it. I understand return policies and the store should admit they are wrong on this and take responsibility. Instead after half dozen communications I was insulted and told I got what I ordered and now are ignoring my emails altogether. And did I mention the customer service is terrible

ACHTUNG BETRUG: Nicht bei Ellure bestellen!!! Ich habe Stühle gekauft für knapp 650€ und habe das Geld nicht zurückbekommen! Es anwtwortet immer eine kuriose Dame namens Olivia. Wenns ums bestellen geht wirken die sehr freundlich aber sobald es um Retoure geht sitzt man entweder auf den Kosten fest, weil sie die Retourekosten nicht übernehmen oder man bekommt keine Rückmeldung mehr! Macht nicht den gleichen Fehler, bestellt lieber innerhalb von Deutschland und erspart euch die Kopfschmerzen wegen der Retoure und dem Geld zurückholen. Nichtmal Klarna konnte mein Anliegen klären. Ich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte.
