Terrible quality of products and customer service. The chairs that have been delivered can't be even assembled. The predrilled holes are too big for the screws provided, the quality of "wood" and fabric is horrible. The customer service is just shocking... they refused to take any ownership for sending me faulty product. I was asked to send the chairs back to CHINA! that would cost me £200-300 after loosing over £600 already (zero ownership for sending faulty product!). I was left with no chairs and minus £600+ in my bank account and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Avoid at all cost!

Received a broken shelf. I wrote several emails, called, but they never pickup or reply! That was more than $150. is this even a real company?

Made a purchase on November 8, 2024, order confirmed and said was shipped on the 17th, so 2 weeks later. It has been 6weeks and no item, no shipment update, no responses to any inquiry and I’ve reported it to “SHOP” and they have not gotten back to me either. Do not purchase from this vendor it’s a SCAM!

I ordered $500+ worth nightstands. I didn't receive them. I've waited 1.5 months. Customer service doesn't get back to you. I'm disuputing the charges with my credit card now.

Ich hatte einen Sessel bestellt, um mir diesen anzusehen und eventuell noch weitere nachzubestellen. Der Sessel war danach auf der Website nicht mehr auffindbar. Daraufhin habe ich Kontakt mit Ellure aufgenommen und meinen Wunsch auf Stornierung geäußert, da ich 6 identische Sessel kaufen möchte. Nach mittlerweile 4 Aufforderungen, meine Bestellung zu stornieren, wurde ich immer weiter vertröstet. Die Produktion sei schon in vollem Gange, und der Sessel komme sicher bis Ende November (Bestellung war Ende Oktober 2024!) bei mir an. Nun ist Mitte Dezember, und heute bekam ich eine Mail, das die Bestellung nun aufgegeben wurde. Ich möchte diesen Sessel nicht mehr und mein Wunsch auf Stornierung wurde mehrmals ignoriert.

⚠️ Disastrous experience with Ellure Decor I placed an order, and I am extremely disappointed with this experience on every level. First of all, delivery took over a month and a half, with no clear communication during the wait. Then, the products received are of very poor quality and do not conform to the description: a chair is unusable due to lack of screws, the finishes are poor, and the screw covers are of a different color (brown on a black chair). To top it off, their customer service is non-existent: despite my attempts to contact them about my faulty order, I received no response. This silence is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this site, and I advise anyone not to order from it. Dropshipping site, a scam.

J’ai passé une commande le et je suis extrêmement déçu de cette expérience à tous les niveaux. Tout d’abord, la livraison a pris plus d’un mois et demi, sans aucune communication claire pendant l’attente. Ensuite, les produits reçus sont de très mauvaise qualité et non conformes à la description : une chaise est inutilisable faute de vis, les finitions sont médiocres, et les caches-vis sont d’une couleur différente (marron sur une chaise noire). Pour couronner le tout, leur service client est inexistant : malgré mes tentatives pour les contacter au sujet de ma commande défectueuse, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Ce silence est inadmissible et montre un manque total de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site, et je déconseille à quiconque d’y commander. Fuyez si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre tranquillité d’esprit !
