Dear Robin, For clarity to anyone reading, this is the third 1 star review posted regarding the same single order and delivery issue. We are genuinely sorry that the shipping experience was frustrating. The original parcel was unexpectedly returned by the courier, so we arranged a replacement shipment at no additional cost. When you later informed us that you still could not locate the package, despite the shipping carrier marking it as delivered, we also issued a full refund to ensure that you were not left out of pocket. This means that a complimentary replacement shipment was provided and your original payment was refunded in full. Elliot Vaughn has not kept your money, and the statement that we refused to refund you or “stole” your payment does not accurately reflect the resolution that has now been provided. We also take your statement that you felt insulted seriously. Our customer support team’s intention was only to explain the tracking history and the solutions available - not to disrespect or argue with you. We sincerely apologize if any of our wording came across differently. While shipping carriers operate independently once a parcel has been handed over to them, we still take responsibility for supporting our customers when delivery problems occur. In this case, we went beyond the carrier’s delivery confirmation by providing both a free replacement shipment and a full refund. We understand that the delays caused considerable frustration, but we believe the actions taken demonstrate our commitment to resolving customer concerns fairly.
