Your tracking number has already been provided so you can follow your parcel’s progress, and your order remains within the delivery timeframe stated in our shipping policy. We do not advertise or offer next-day delivery, so an order not having arrived after two days does not indicate a shipping delay. We take delivery concerns seriously and are always happy to help when something goes wrong. In this case, however, the expected delivery period has not yet passed. Dear Brian, Thank you for the kind words about the glasses, and I'm genuinely sorry you've had to deal with a fraudulent charge. That's stressful and I understand wanting to work out where it came from. I do want to clear one point up for anyone reading. We never see, handle or store card details at any stage. Payment information is captured and processed entirely by Shopify Payments, our PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Card data never touches our systems, so there is nothing on our side that could be used to make a charge. The timing points away from us as well. Your order was placed on 5 August and delivered on 19 August, about two weeks apart. If a card were compromised at the point of purchase, the charge would appear at checkout rather than two weeks later. That said, I'd still like to help. If your bank needs anything from us for their investigation, please email us and we'll send the full record of your order and our processor details the same day. And once they come back to you, if the charge turns out to be unconnected to your order here, I'd really appreciate you updating your review. I hope they get it resolved quickly for you either way. Dear Robin, For clarity to anyone reading, this is the third 1 star review posted regarding the same single order and delivery issue. We are genuinely sorry that the shipping experience was frustrating. The original parcel was unexpectedly returned by the courier, so we arranged a replacement shipment at no additional cost. When you later informed us that you still could not locate the package, despite the shipping carrier marking it as delivered, we also issued a full refund to ensure that you were not left out of pocket. This means that a complimentary replacement shipment was provided and your original payment was refunded in full. Elliot Vaughn has not kept your money, and the statement that we refused to refund you or “stole” your payment does not accurately reflect the resolution that has now been provided. We also take your statement that you felt insulted seriously. Our customer support team’s intention was only to explain the tracking history and the solutions available - not to disrespect or argue with you. We sincerely apologize if any of our wording came across differently. While shipping carriers operate independently once a parcel has been handed over to them, we still take responsibility for supporting our customers when delivery problems occur. In this case, we went beyond the carrier’s delivery confirmation by providing both a free replacement shipment and a full refund. We understand that the delays caused considerable frustration, but we believe the actions taken demonstrate our commitment to resolving customer concerns fairly.
