Hi Linda, I'm sorry your order didn't reach you. That's a genuinely frustrating way to end a purchase and I understand the rating. One thing I'd like to clarify for anyone reading: we did reply to your message, the same day it came in. It's possible our response landed in your spam folder, and I'm sorry if that's what happened. The tracking came directly from the carrier and showed the parcel as delivered to your address, which is why our first email asked you to check around the property. A delivered scan isn't much comfort when the parcel isn't there, so we haven't left it at that. I've emailed you today with a full refund. Dear Brian, Thank you for the kind words about the glasses, and I'm genuinely sorry you've had to deal with a fraudulent charge. That's stressful and I understand wanting to work out where it came from. I do want to clear one point up for anyone reading. We never see, handle or store card details at any stage. Payment information is captured and processed entirely by Shopify Payments, our PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Card data never touches our systems, so there is nothing on our side that could be used to make a charge. The timing points away from us as well. Your order was placed on 5 August and delivered on 19 August, about two weeks apart. If a card were compromised at the point of purchase, the charge would appear at checkout rather than two weeks later. That said, I'd still like to help. If your bank needs anything from us for their investigation, please email us and we'll send the full record of your order and our processor details the same day. And once they come back to you, if the charge turns out to be unconnected to your order here, I'd really appreciate you updating your review. I hope they get it resolved quickly for you either way.
