Great Service
They had the product I needed, were efficient and quick at sending it out. Somehow it went to my old address, probably because I used ApplePay and my address hasn’t been updated there. However the product was forwarded and Ellie Belle kept me informed of where my package was and expected delivery.

Poor customer service
Unfortunately, Customet service is not client oriented, and unwilling to assist with simple tasks such as item exchange. Given this experience, I will reconsider making any future purchases from your company or recommending it to others.

Hello Ilya, We designed our return and exchange process to be as seamless as possible by offering a self-service portal that allows customers to initiate requests and receive return labels instantly within our 14-day policy window. In this case, the exchange request was submitted nearly a month after delivery, which falls outside of our stated return timeframe. At that point, our system is unable to authorize returns or exchanges. To remain fair and consistent, we apply the same policy to all customers.
