Excellent!

Great shoes, and comfortable

I was excited when I came across their website and saw that their shoes came in size 13. I’m a tall girl with larger feet. I ordered a size 13 shoe and when the shoes came only about 4 inches of my foot could fit in the shoes. the shoes are super small about 5 to 6 sizes too small when I ask for a refund they said they would give me 20% of a refund and for me to keep the shoes when they did the refund it ended up being seven dollars going back to my card. It’s a rip off I will never order from this company again. The shoes are not true size.

Fun clothing and an easy ordering process.

As I indicated the order process was easy to use as well as being able to text message Elle Charleston while ordering and receiving answers to my questions.

Site was easy to navigate and the items seemed to be good quality. I have only just ordered so I can not leave an honest review on an item I haven't received yet.

BEWARE-Make sure you read the Refund Policy for this 'company'. You have to ship your 'product' back to China! My slippers came in a different material that I ordered and the size they call 9.5, is really like an 8.5. They say Free Shipping but they charged a 'processing fee' as well. All I requested was a prepaid return label and I was even willing to pay a 15% restocking fee, and they would not do it!
