Terrible service! I have placed my order more than a month ago and there’s no update or response. Avoid this “brand” don’t waste your money

I’ve placen on order a month and half ago. No product, no response from the customer service department, no refund. Tracking number is wrong or non existent. I believe this is a scam.

The experience has been bad. I ordered my item on 29th November. It’s now 17th January and I am still without a bracelet. Tracking number does not really work. On the 6th Dec an email stated that my item is about to be shipped. On the 1st of January another email received stated the item has been dispatched and i have been receiving emails that my item is on the way since then.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never received my order. I was given a tracking number, nothing tracks and the delivery company has never received shipment. I’ve reached out to Ella Zaneta customer service 5 TIMES with requests for help, I’ve never received any reply. I believe I’ve been scammed and I’m very disappointed. I have not received my jewelry and customer service hasn’t responded. I received a tracking number but the courier said they never received the package from the company. Seems like I got scammed.

I’ve been ripped off - no communication, no delivery and dead tracking links. And I suspect they are Dropshipping Cheap crap.

A total scam. I made an order over a month ago and still didn’t got my order. Every time I reached out to their costumer service they said they can do anything because it’s “in transit”. The tracking link show that there where 2 shipping attempts which is a lie since I work from home and no came to my door or called. So I didn’t got the items and didn’t got my money back either. Also, it’s been all shipped from China so it’s mass production and reselling
