I’ve placed a few orders before and didn’t have an issue. This time I ordered two items. One shipped and arrived, the other more expensive item never shipped. It’s been weeks. Their customer service emails have started bouncing back to me and their website says they’re not taking orders. I think they’ve really just taken the money and run!

This company is potentially a scam. I placed my order on 4 September 2022 and had the ability to log in and view my order online. Today 13 September 2022 my order has yet to ship and I can no longer access the site with my previous credentials. Thank goodness I used PayPal or I’d be at a loss.

Please be aware when purchasing from Ella that they do not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered from them this fall although I believed it was Adam & Eve since that’s the website I used. My merchandise came from Ella explaining that they use the Ella for discreetness. About 45 days later I had a defective product that only worked 1 time which I paid well over $100 for (My order was $250 +) so I contacted Adam and Eve and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund. Fast forward 2 weeks and now they say that they have no record of my transaction with them and that I needed to contact Ella, which I did. Ella then said that the product was an Adam & Eve product and that I would have to contact them and file a warranty claim. Basically playing the blame game. Tried to do this but there is no such thing. So please do yourself a favor and don’t order from Adam & Eve or Ella Paradis. Keep your $$$ in your pocket.

The product I bought worked twice and then wont stay on more than a second. It was after 30 days as stated in their return policy, but they must stand by their products. It cost $80 and I am out that money. I want my money back. They have referred me to the manufacturer who will give me a replacement of the same defective product. Customer service actually reached out to me by phone which is unusual but kept repeating the same return policy. Junk is junk. I want my money back.
