Elixir PackagingReviews of elixirpackaging.com

Nancy has been great to work with. Each project has been different and the quality is superb!

Great experience working with Elixir Packaging! Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from quoting and proofing through production and delivery. Our custom printed bags turned out great, and we really appreciated the excellent communication and service. We would definitely work with them again!

The products are great, but I cannot see any prices and I placed an order but you don't keep track of the orders for your customers to come back to. I would like to see what I ordered and also know the discount prices for volume by just looking on your site and not going through a person. Is that possible? Yes or No? If No, then why not make it easier for "repeat" customers??? Maybe I want a little change or something but I want to figure it out without all the back and forth emails. Other than that, you quick on the back and forth emails but I like to browse on my own.

Elixir Packaging was wonderful to work with! I needed custom boxes for my ecommerce business quickly. They were able to make the boxes quickly, beautifully, and for a reasonable price. The boxes look great and Nancy was always very responsive whenever I had questions. I will definitely be ordering more from them!

We have asked Elixir packaging to develop a box with printing. It was great experience working with them, with fast response and flexible adjustments.

We had a really positive experience working with Elixir Packaging. From the start, their customer service stood out—responses were quick, helpful, and made the ordering process smooth and efficient. They were easy to communicate with and ensured all our questions were answered promptly, which made a big difference when making a custom purchase. The quality of the product met our expectations, and everything arrived as requested. The only area for improvement would be post-purchase communication. After placing the order, follow-up responses slowed down, and we weren’t provided with tracking information, until the day of delivery. Overall, a great company to work with upfront, and with a bit more consistency after the sale, the experience would be excellent end-to-end.

I am a sales consultant in the panhandle of Florida! I came across this company when looking for printed bakery boxes for a client (for fudge!). The sizes for my customer were very specific & I needed extra attention to detail before making a decision on what company to go with. What I appreciated about this company was the persistence, the quick turnaround on communication, and the quality of the actual product. So far, I am impressed. I will ask the end user to leave their own review after application, but I have no doubts that it will be positive and will result in a re-order. They provided samples, and the lead-time to actually get your product was quick, which is very needed in this market! Thanks EP! I’m a tough sales rep to deal with and they handled me with grace and patience…consider Elixir Packaging!

An experience defined by excellence from beginning to end. The service was extraordinary, the delivery seamless, and the level of perfection in design truly beyond expectation. The boxes created for my special occasion and sweet distribution were nothing short of stunning—sleek, refined, and crafted with remarkable attention to detail. The quality did not just meet expectations, it surpassed them in every sense. A company that stands out for its professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Truly a trustworthy name and deserving of a full five-star appreciation.
