eliteracefab.comReviews of eliteracefab.com

Ordered online from eliteracefab.com on Google search that looks all legit. They never shipped the item and sent automated emails saying the order is completed. Requested a refund and still no refund or confirmation. This place is a scam and fraud. The good reviews are obviously fake. The sales rep guy on the phone sounded like myself if I was going to scam someone. Be warned.

I was very skeptical at first after reading the reviews however the guys came through in every way. Responsive customer service and good communication. Sure it took a little longer but it was also the lowest price online. My suspension kit arrived within two and a half weeks.

Flat out liars and scammers. Ordered some tail lights that were slightly discounted from other retailers and paid for 1 day business shipping. 5 days went by and no tracking information and still says preparing to ship. They will continue to lead you on stating that the information will be sent, told me 24 hours, and then said it had already been sent to me. When I sent screen shots that it in fact hadn’t, they then said that the shipper has to scan it to provide the tracking number even though they said they already sent it. Said the package was already sent so a refund was “difficult” at this point. They essentially will keep responding with vague emails to string you along and not give you your money back and you won’t get your product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “COMPANY”!!!

There 2 stars for reviews definitely is something I should have listened to from the start. Customer service is horrible. The shipping company lost my package and they claim to have opened a case with them but refuse to share the case # with me nor return an email or a phone call. They make up excuses and then promise to call back. It has been almost a week now with me calling and emailing numerous times with absolutely 0 luck on even getting the case number they claim to have filed. The shipping carrier said the shipper has to make the claim and there is nothing I can do until the shipper does there part. Will never do business with nor recommend again after I am done dealing with my bank to get my money back!

Horrible business! 3 days after ordering a blowoff valve they still have not shipped the part even though I paid $30 for 2 day shipping. Had I read these reviews I would’ve told them to shove the part up their buts. What a crap company, I will be placing a formal complaint with the BBB. Companies like these should not be in business! Spend a little bit more money and buy from somewhere else. You’ve been warned! I’m pretty sure the 5 star reviews are paid reviews. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

I ordered a replacement lower control arm set for my Subaru Forester and they sent me a defective part that was already broken. When it was immediately installed. The bushing was cracked on it so I took pictures from the mechanic shop after they had installed it and informed me of the problem and I immediately sent the pictures over to elite race. Fab requesting a refund and a shipping label and they refused to pay for the shipping. I had to eat the cost of the shipping and pay $80 for shipping to send it back. They did issue refund of original cost, minus shipping. After asking them for a shipping refund they refused and claimed that I did not need to return the part and that it was not defective and that I had used it well. Yeah I had to use it to install it to find out that the part was broken! LOL. What a joke. Do you not order from them. They are not a reputable company

I purchased lug nuts for my car and they were too large in diameter to fit in the rim holes, so I needed to return them. Not only was it a total pain trying to return the product because it didn’t fit on my car, they didn’t provide a shipping label and then didn’t return 100% of the price paid. I will not make a purchase from this company again.

My first and last experience with thus company ordered parts some are missing from the box. Paid over 200 dollars. Horrible business.
