Cesar was very professional and polite. The process of signing up very quick and easy. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision as I felt with another company I spoke with a few days before. T. Black

Cesar was great and explained everything. These guys do not have pushy sales folks just itching to make a quick buck. We just started our policy with Elite Home warranty, and really do feel like they will take care of us.

Quick Response from Nir our agent. Super helpful in assisting in making a decision to switch to the best. If you’re thinking of getting a Home Warranty company or switching to a new one. Get Elite Home Warranty.

The rep, Nir was professional and not pushy, he gave me the best deal he could and was flexible on the 30 day waiver since I was replacing an existing policy.

Tracy was our "guarding angel" throughout the stress of dealing with three different technicians trying to solve our icemaker issue (the third one got it right while the first one came three times and the second one declared the refrigerator "toast". We love the refrigerator and weren't happy with the prospect of replacing it and Tracy went all out making sure all bases were covered by getting a third opinion. We now have ice thanks to Tracy and the third tech which turned out to be the charm.

The policy seems like a great one and signing up for a longer term plan was easy. My agent, Jonathan, was helpful and clear about the coverages and answered all my questions fully. As a new solo homeowner, it definitely makes me feel more at ease to have a comprehensive home warranty! Can't comment on the claims process, of course but reading other reviews, looks like it's pretty straightforward.
