Elite is the third warranty company I’ve tried and in my first month I am so happy with my experience. They have consistently gotten techs scheduled for the next day which is much faster than other companies. Brandon has been incredibly helpful and it has been so great having a real live person to text and call directly. My service call was a bit complicated due to multiple issues with a single appliance and Brandon provided outstanding help and customer service.

It's probably to early to tell but so far we are happy with our choice. We chose Elite on the recommendation of the owner and several real estate agents who work with her at her agency. After her recommendation we looked up reviews on Elite along with the BBB ratings and we were quite impressed. Your representative Nir handled all of our questions and concerns flawlessly. Turns out you were higher priced than 2 others that we were talking to but based on your reviews, ratings and our dealings with Nir we choose Elite. After a couple of follow-up inquiries from Nir from Elite, I wasn't ready to sign up for a contract just then. I told Nir that I would call him when I was ready. Nir remembered me and was very polite when I just called him. He was very friendly and helpful. Left me with a good impression of the company.
