Aperrently my adress isn’t recognizable and it wouldn’t let me change it I emailed lots of times and they haven’t responded they took my 60 and dipped

Says 3 to 5 business days for shipping. But it's been a week and I still haven't seen my product!!

While shopping on the site, a ticker displays a live countdown for guaranteed delivery date deadlines, giving a false sense of fast order processing. The truth is...a shipping label is created immediately after an order is placed, but the order is not processed for up to two weeks, defeating the purpose of paying for expedited shipping. Meanwhile, your “priority mail” tracking number remains active, but is meaningless because the order has not yet been processed and the post office has not physically received the parcel.

Their customer service is worst than IRS or Comcast. They once sent me wrong items and I had to get it exchanged/refunded. Over month and a half and they still haven’t refunded my money or sent corrrct item. I finally took it to my CC company to dispute the charges on that order since their customer service did nothing despite me contacting them every other day for a month and a half. It took me 20 days of headache just to get a return label from them. Horribly is an understatement.

Great price but the last pack of pods I bought , 2 of the cartridges leaked and I went through a weeks worth of a pod in a day . I contacted customer service and after a few ignored responses , I was sent a return shipping label with a clause that I basically cannot return them because they have opened . No actual person spoke to me to try to resolve the issue.
