To start off, Naked 100 has a great product I absolutely love their product that’s why I use it again and again and again however, when ordering online wait times are horrible. If I want my product at my house about the time that I’m getting ready to run out, I have to order at least two weeks ahead of time and that’s before your company even gets it to USPS. Times after that are completely on me and how much I’m willing to pay for. But it is still ridiculous that it takes that long for you to get your product to the Postal Service to be shipped to me. You guys have a great product. One that I would love to continue using but these wait times have got to change or you will end up losing customers to your competition I guarantee it.

Horrible taste. Had a rancid tone to it and gave me a heartburn. Customer service is none existent and it was a total waste of money. Don't be fooled by the glamorous and fake 5 star reviews.

Said 3-5 business days on shipping but it ended up taking 2 weeks. Emailed them and they said they were out of stock. Did not do anything to compensate for wait time. Said they would expedite shipping on monday. Package came on thursday. that is not expedited. Customer service needs work. Making your customers happy should be the most important thing.
