Nice ring, but still can’t recommend
I finally received my order and cancelled my dispute. The ring design is just as shown on the website and it was sized accurately. Perhaps this is common with silver, but the ring went out-of-round within 1 week of daily wear. Based on my complete experience, I am increasing my rating to 3 stars.

With standard international shipping (Israel Post transferred to USPS), delivery to the United States typically takes 10–14 business days, and it is very common for the tracking not to update until the package is received and scanned by USPS in the U.S. This does not mean the item has not shipped. International shipments often experience tracking gaps during transit. In addition, delays can occur due to customs processing, holidays, and new import regulations, which are outside of our control. This information is clearly stated on our website. Customers who require faster delivery can choose express shipping (3–7 days) at checkout. The tracking for your package updated today and the parcel is already in transit within the system and expected to be delivered within the next few days. Regarding communication, our studio has recently been operating under extraordinary circumstances due to the war situation in our region, which has temporarily reduced our staffing capacity. Despite this, your order was completed and shipped. Once your ring arrives, I trust you will see the craftsmanship and care that went into creating it.
