Ordered el gato neo mic webcam and light from amazon. Cam support came damaged. Sendt an email to el gato customer service and the same day i got a reply. The next day they already sendt the replacement part. Amazing customer service , fast and very reliable. Just made a loyal customer for life. Thanks and keep it the same guys

UPDATE; Elgato sent me an email asking if they could could mark my case settled. I said yes, but I told them I was very disappointed that the item had failed so soon (WiFi chip failure). Support chose to start a claim for me and although I needed to print off a packaging slip and fund the return myself, a new KeyLight has been sent to me. Old review; I bought an Elgato Keylight which stopped working 2 months after the warranty ran out. I feel that a premium product should last longer than 2 years. Support were helpful, which is why I gave 2 stars.
