When I reported the defect, they immediately processed my RMA. Previously, I had been instructed to ship the item directly to Taiwan, but this time I was given a local return address in my country, which made the return process much easier.

The customer service people were polite and realistic about the chances of a refund. They did give a refund which was great but the whole experience was perfect.

I usually dread any kind of interaction with customer service/Technical Support. Generally speaking, having to contact customer service is often an unpleasant experience with me wishing I had never called. My interaction with Cass (agent) was the exact opposite. He sounded very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt like I struck the customer service lottery. My problem hasn't been resolved yet, but he is working on it. If you have a problem, ask for Cass!!

Très bonne expérience avec Elgato. J'ai reçu un produit avec un emballage endommagé. Déçu de ça, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu très rapidement (même pas une heure après :O). La personne qui a traité mon dossier a été à la fois transparente, professionnelle et réactive. Le problème a été reconnu sans détour et une solution satisfaisante et adaptée à ma situation m'a été proposée dans la foulée. Un grand merci à Bruce C. pour la qualité de son accompagnement.
