Bought a HD60, Had troubles connecting it in OBS, Contacted support, The guy who reached out was nothing but helpful, and managed to get it both working in OBS, and the newest Game Capture software version, which wasn't working before. Whoever is in charge over at Elgato, PLEASE give Thomas from Tech Support a raise.

Product I purchased is Stream Deck+ and it is excellent. Easy to customize, and 3rd party plugins are available to download. Customer service response was excellent. They promptly answered to my questions.
