Bought elgato video capture and it refused to work on my older Mac , and a iPad , the latter one only a few months old. Hmmm Operator error ?? Finally download a version of the required software onto a much newer OS version .. I think Website seems to have a lot of beta stuff, and clunky pop ups, confusing.. So, not for me in the end, which is a shame, expensive , didn’t work for me, sent back, time …. And move on😄

Great Marketers! Great Products! but Elgato/ Corsairs Customer Service is a DISGRACE. I've ordered twice direct through Elgato and on both occasions I've had issues with delivery. The customer service hours are US times, you may have to spend money getting through to a USA phone number. They don't answer the phones or leave you on hold for hours. There is 3 or 4 service levels for Customer Service so if your matter is urgent you'll be waiting even longer while they keep passing it up to another team or fob you off with some story. They forgot to package the main product in my bundle which was their fault, it took over 3 weeks to resolve, tried to tell me to claim through UPS! I phoned several times to speak with someone different that actually listened to my issue. *IF* I order again will be ordering from a 3rd party company which I know will sort my issue - if there is one... more promptly!

Bought the HD60 S+ a year ago. I've gotten it to work 4 times - every time needing about and hour or two to set up, as there are always(!!) connection issues. It is very frustrating. Do not recommend this pricy product.

L'horreur, les produits sont de basses qualités et trop cher, la concurrence est bien mieux.

Elgato Key Light Air... what to say, the most annoying thing you will ever setup.. 1 - You need an internet comnection 2.4ghz 2 - You will need an app... 3 - They are so annoying to setup Okay, these lights, if you get them setup pray to god you will never have to move because then you will struggle all over again. It takes about 20-100 tries from when you actually get them to find the correct network and enter your wifi paasword till they actually connect.. inbetween you will need to reset them over and over and over again.. and they will disconnect your phone every single time too.. When do comnect, then they are pretty nice, but these are horrible to setup and therefore i gave this bad review
