great hardware but useless software and support, real difficulties getting wireless headphones and speakers to work when the wave 3 is connected.

I have my card under warranty 4k60 s+ i bought it from ebay and power adapter was lost I wanted to buy a new power adapter but the support said its only covered under warranty and they dont sell it so far so good later i was informed that my card is under warranty but due to me buying it from 3rd party they said they cant replace it and they cant sell me a new power adpater not just a bad company but bad service too worst of the worst out there i regret buying it PS it took them 14 days to inform me the result

I bought a HD60 S capture card, and when i got the box it was broken from water damage, and the card itself was fully openable into the motherboard. Not a great experience from Elgato, and they have not answered my refund request yet after a week...

I returned a Key Light with a faulty power supply to Elgato last month. The RMA process was a nightmare and had the least accessible courier outlets possible. That aside, I've been chasing my refund since they received the goods. The customer service is unbelievably slow. They wanted to refund via PayPal (not return to the Company Credit Card used to buy it) but I asked if they could return to bank and they can (easier for our accounting). It's been another week waiting for any refund. I've had to chase yet again today ... only to be told that the bank transfer was "rejected" and could I check my account number again. My account details were correct though. It's glaringly noticeable that no-one contacted me to say that the refund had not gone through. In my view that is despicable, unethical business practice - hence the 1 star review. If we weren't on top of things, we'd have trusted that to happen. Instead, they keep the money and don't say they've still got it!!! How bad is that?! So back now to emailing them once again because I clearly cannot trust them to return money for a faulty product. In contrast, I bought a different Key Light with the exact same fault from Amazon and it was swapped out within 2 days and refunded with a fully working unit. Benchmark that service level Elgato/Corsair.

Bought elgato HD60 S+ but I receved a faulty one. I tried all the instructions given but no luck. I had the HD60 so I guess there is no much setup difference apart from the software. S+ required 4K Capture. I contacted them but they just ignoring you. So will not buy again. Even corsair products I will not buy again from these cowboys. Complaint Ticket: (2001256781)

I'm really not happy. The products are not available in Hungary. They are shipped to Europe. But our country is left out of it. That’s why I don’t even recommend elgato products to my friends. Correspondence is terribly slow. Their response to my email took many days.
