Terrible experience. This isn't my first purchase on Elevatestyles, I have been purchasing products since 2014. However, I had a terrible experience this time. I puchased two wigs and received only one in the mail. Attempt to get a definite reason for not receiving the other item has been futile and I was still charged for the item I did not receive.

The wig i got does not look like anything in the picture. i really wanted to try this style but the hair i received is.....not like quality ive seen in the reviews ive watched at all.

I ordered a human hair wig for $135. After 1 week and 5 calls (one of which they hung up on me) they FINALLY admitted the item was on back order and gave me a refund. It would have been nice to get the unit because it was my birthday week. Thanks a lot.

I ordered my item a week ago, and paid $10 for shipping, and my item still hasnt been shipped. Then they want to say that its because my item was "out of stock", and I dont understand why they didnt tell me that before I made the order like they're supposed to. I'll probably never order here again.
