Didn't look anything like the website description.
The wig was shown as curly and styled, when I received mine it looked like an old lady fro. Very unattractive, and I would rather have no hair, than buy from this company again.

I really wanted to love this wig
I really wanted to love this wig, I seen the reviews and man I bought this wig instantly, it was nothing like the pictures, it shed, it had cut hairs at the center of my wig, the lace was super uneven and the tracks showed, I am very disappointed, DO NOT purchase this wig, not worth it

Bait on hassle free returns
Beware of returns Ladies and Gents. The website is not interface friendly what so ever. Hidden with there website- they hide that there is a 20% fee and no shipping label upon return for your items purchased, so an extra payment will have to be made from you to ship it back out as well. They want customers to think only 14 days is the highlight of their return policy. Just be careful with this company. Pick the right color or ombré you want as they will not work with you if the color doesn’t meet your expectations.

Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order. Elevate styles told me to reach out to post office. First and last time using this site. they just keep saying it is delivered. But I DONT HAVE IT. So telling me it’s delivered doesn’t help. Others sites have replaced or helped in other ways. Again they just say talk to post office and leave it at that. May work for others but again not for me.

I originally gave this company 5 stars…
Poor Customer Service and Defective Products: I originally gave this company 5 stars due to receiving my order really fast, but after following the instructions (wash before wearing) they became tangled and matted. I received them just before Mother's Day (a gift from my children) and could not wear them, for they are no good. I contacted customer service about the defective product and was told they will only give me 5% discount toward another purchase. This is totally unacceptable. The Asian employees gave me the run around with various telephone numbers and never had a manager contact me as I requested on various occasions. They take our money and laugh in our faces. This is a poor company to do business with, cause they don't honor our business or their products.
