This was my first time experiencing an item not being available. I was notified via email, a few days after placing my order. When I went back & viewed the site, the color was still showing available. Apparently there is a delay with the site updating to real time information.

Shipping was not great

I placed an order with Elevate Styles on May 10, 2021. I did receive a payment confirmation email and a receipt of the product I purchased. However after over two weeks of waiting I never received a shipment notification or any other update regarding my purchase. I tried to contact the company more than 7 times via the phone number listed on my receipt but I kept receiving a message saying all representatives were assisting other customers and the line would automatically disconnect (which is odd for any business regardless of how busy). So I reached out via text message and email and a representative did respond in a pretty timely fashion and stated they didn’t know what happened or why my product was not shipped. The representative did resolve the issue. A few hours later I received the shipment confirmation and received my product three days later and I actually love the product and the price for it was very fair. If it had not been for the initial hiccup, this rating would be five stars instead of three.

I emailed your company and asked for more information on the product I was purchasing I wanted to know the fiber of hair & how many strands of box braids was in a package so I could get an idea of how many to buy. Someone emailed me back with other info that I didn't ask for and no reply to my questions which when the hair arrived it was not enough just as I thought. I tried to order more but it was out of stock. I had to find another company to get it & pay more shipping costs. I do like the hair but I suggest that you give more information on the product & color choices. I take pride in my hair as most women do & I need to know more about what's going on my head.

I ordered 4 items and received an email that 4 items were shipped. When the order was received only 3 items received. I had to sent multiple messages and make many calls to help understand the short order. Eventually I received a text stating a refund was issued. I needed more details than this and requested same. I was eventually sent a detail notification of the refund and days to appear in my account. This was the expectation with the initial message. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback.

I have no problems with Elevate Styles. The clip-ins I ordered from them are another problem. The hair was unruly and did a lot of shedding. Whatever they blended the human hair with was rough and tangly. Parts of the hair came out in clumps. I order the Zury Naturali Star 100% Human Hair 9 Piece Clip-on Coily 14". It was a waste of my money.

I will edit this review when I receive my package. It's been 7 days now. I have not received my products and I have no idea where my package is . My item is late and white it may not be elevated styles fault, I still don't have my package .

I want to say I like elevated styles. I just wish that I can get in contact with somebody when I call because I was calling about my order and I couldn't talk to nobody about my order or find out when my order was going to be delivered and also I wish you can email me when I email you . if I have an important question to ask about my order.
