My first order I received in 2 days and was wrong so I had to return items to as told I would be given return tag never got so paid 30$ to send back for a 60$ order that was wrong.So I purchased more hair hoping it would come sooner not the case.I was told I would be contacted about my wrong order still haven’t heard anything.

ElevateStyles shipped this product over to me in decent packaging and in a timely manner; my main concern is with the item itself. This is the most ratty looking ponytail that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I threw it in the garbage right after I opened the packaging. Sensationnel should be ashamed of selling this item to people.

The product arrived when promised but wasn't the color indicated. I chose a TT Burgundy and wig is BRIGHT RED. I usually like what I get from Elevate, but this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. 😔

The website needs reconstruction, some items say they are in stock but when I try to select my options, the page doesn’t allow me. There were too many items out of stock. Lo and behold after I purchased an item that said was in stock I get the most unprofessional email telling me that it’s out of stock.

I placed an order on April 17th then on April 22nd I received an email stating that my order had been canceled, with NO EXPLANATION. I never received the merchandise nor have I been reimbursed. This is my reason for a poor rating.
