I didn't have enough interaction to comment on customer service, but the wig I purchased looks nothing like it does on the website. I will never order wigs online again.

I would like to give ES a better rating but I haven't received any of my mechandise. However, ES does carry many versatile styles than other sites. Too bad my package got lost in transit. No refund either, so I'm just sool(sh#t out of luck)

The shipping was unbelievably fast which is awesome but the wig is literally shedding. Everytime I brush the hair a nice long semi-thick piece comes out. Will try ordering a different again, everyone deserves a second a chance.

Didn’t have what I needed 2 times in a row. When I ordered the product it was not noted out of stock, however the very next day I recieved an email stating that what I ordered was not available . The very same product. The first time I settled for a substitute, but the second time I refused. Still waiting for my refund

I had to end up throwing the wig away because it was nothing like the picture, I even took it to a stylist and she couldn't do anything with it it was horrible i'm done I only have to get burned once I will stick to the online wig stores i'm used to. Do not order wigs from here I see why they are so cheap, get what you pay for.
