I received the wrong color wig and I will not be able to get the correct wig before a special occasion that I needed it for. The correct color was noted on the invoice. A waste of money and time!!

The wig I ordered looked like it was already used! It was the Alexis wig. I ordered a prior one in black and it was fine, but the one I ordered most recent did not seem fresh. It appears that the Alexis wig is a hit or miss deal and I am done with this company. I attempted to wear it out of the house and I looked like an old woman. How can the same wig have such a different look. The color was like a brown with a lighter streak. I'm done!

Looks like the USPS is delayed cause it usually takes a day to BRONX. I would expect it today or tomorrow. If it gets lost we can arrange another shipment or a full refund. They let me buy a wig and then emailed me a day later saying it was sold out, I had to wait 3 days to get my money back. I will not be ordering from them again.

This was my 1st order. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product & after speaking with a customer svc rep I was told I still would have to pay restocking and return shipping. I emailed expecting better results only to be told that I would only be credited for restocking so I decided it wasn't even worth it to return the item.
