Review update: Great follow up and customer service
I placed an order on 11/20/17 and received an email confirmation that my order shipped on 11/21/17. Today is 11/28/17 and I have yet to receive the package; additionally, when I checked the tracking number USPS indicates that my package has yet to be receive from Elevate Styles. I called ES moments ago only to hear that they are closed. WT% is going on ES!? Your service was always great in the past hence my utilizing your services, however, this is unacceptable. UPDATE: I received a call from Michael at ES within a hour of the previous review and sending an email to ES. Michael assured me that my order did indeed ship and that the error lies with USPS. Michael was outstanding and worked with me to make this right and I appreciate his professionalism and candor. ES goes from 1 star to 5 thanks to Michael!

Great Wig, Great Company
