Never received my package, USPS says it was delivered but it wasn’t...reached out to company and informed them, ElevateStyles didn’t do anything and money was taken out my account...filed a claim at USPS, sent copy to ElevateStyles, still didn’t get a response from company.....still wanted the package....but now ElevateStyles won’t respond to my emails, so basically I paid for something and NEVER received it!!!!! Been a customer for years and I will not purchase from them again!!!!

When I received my product it looked nothing liked it was described in YouTube reviews or on the website. It was matted and had very little coils. Unfortunately I had to return it. I'm not sure if it was a older item, or a previous return. The one good thing I could say is the delivery was very fast.

I ordered 3 Outre brand wigs, all in the color DR27, 2 of them were far more yellow blonde than the auburn blonde that I normally recieve. Another wig wasn't as long as it appears on the stock card photo. The return policy is crappy because they only accept return on wigs if they're untouched and still in their packaging, however the wigs are packaged in a way to where you don't know the actual length unless you pull it all the way out of its package as well as you don't get to see the color consistency unless you take it out of its package. I'm left with 3 wigs that deceived me.
