This company sent out half my order and didn't not not tell me until few days later the ETA of the part of my order. I never received the other half, although USPS said they left it on my porch. I contacted the company and they basically said they didn't care. Also if I wanted to get the items, I would have to order again with a 20% discount. It discusses me that companies don't take care of their clients and expect us to continue business with them.

Horrible customer service!! I was buying hair for my daughter, blue crochet twists. On 11/08/18 I ordered 7 packs of hair and the following day received an email that it wasn’t in stock and would i accept one pack of another kind of hair? I said no because the other type wasn’t needed for the style. I then heard no response back. On 11/09/18 i asked if my order was being sent or not. The person was very rude and said “That means it is not cause we don’t have it. Let me check the warehouse on MONDAY and see.” I replied back that they could’ve done more to ease the customer such as refund the shipping charge or asked if I would’ve accepted the 6 packs and refunded the last pack (which i would have done). But since the person was so rude I told them to refund my entire order. They did and I won’t use their site again 🤷🏽♀️

Would you be open to 1 Pack of Zury Twist Big 14” in the same color? Or if you would like we can switch all 7 packs to Zury Senegalese Twist Big 14”? You indicated that you were ok with just the six packs which we would have gladly processed but then requested a refunded instead. Was curious why you asked if were a black owned business however. Not sure how race was a factor in your decision making? Sorry we couldn't assist you better. Thanks for your input.

I ordered a wig and it was poorly done. For starters there was no picture for the color t99j/sang. I know that t99j was red so I Google to see what the sang was nothing came up so I took the chance. The wig arrived and the color is unique at night it looks like a deep burgundy and the day a purple. If one is to ever examine closely it is just blended poorly to the point i swear there is Orange and pink strands as well. It's synthetic and knots too much. Not my first synthetic wig from them and same brand because the previous ones were easy to maintain for a synthetic wig. This was an overall bad buy.
