Customer service can be majorly improved

I made a purchase. I did not change the address which was my fault. I sent an email explaining that I forgot to change the address, and I actually had gotten a response back stating that they will change the address and ship the item. Well, 2 days later my item shipped to the wrong address. Thanks. If it was a security measure all they had to do was ask me questions to verify the order. But It was an oh well I'm going to send this email to the customer just to make her go away.

My unit came quickly and I really like it however it was very pricey and after I took out of package and was cutting the lace I noticed that there was almost a bald spot in the front hairline. It is really bad I don't think I can even wear it. I know if I complain I will either not get refunded because I cut lace or if I do send back there's a restocking fee and I paid too much for this already so I'm really upset.

I appreciate the quick turnover from when I placed my order to delivery. However, when the lotion arrived, the pump was broken. I taped it on but the lotion leaks out. It’s difficult to use. I sent an email through the website but I have not received a response. I paid a lot for shipping and it came broken. This is disappointing.

Die Qualität des Stoffes ist wirklich sehr gut und hochwertig. Leider laufen aber die Farben beim waschen extrem aus. Bei 30 Grad(Pflegeleicht) auf links gedreht und Farbschutztüchern lässt es sich dennoch nicht vermeiden, dass die Farbe die Sachen ruiniert. Als Reaktion der Firma wurde mir zwar mein Geld angeboten, was natürlich für ein 16 Jährigen, der 2Monate auf die Klamotten wartet, nicht besonders entgegenkommend ist. Er zahlt die Sachen selbst, ist ein großer Fan der Marke und den Jungs. Ein Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung oder ein anderes Teil zur Entschädigung wären hier eher angebracht gewesen. Gerade weil die Sachen ja wegen begrenzter Stückzahl nicht nachproduziert werden. Leider habe ich auf diesen Vorschlag keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Schon schade, wenn die Fans einen erst groß gemacht haben.
