Bad Refund Policies

I ordered a wig for my aunt that lives in Maryland she did not receive the wig color that I selected and no one contacted me from the company to select an alternate color. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support I ordered my wig and paid more money for fast shipping and a week later my wig was still sitting in NJ. When I called customer service several times I kept getting a machine telling me to leave a message!! I emailed them and contacted them.on Instagram and finally got an email response stating something must be wrong with my tracking and a follow up saying my wig probably got lost and I'll get a refund I'm waiting for my refund and will update.

The wig is like the versions of lace…
The wig is like the versions of lace fronts when they first came out, thick thick thick hairline. This unit is not pre plucked and the hair tangled right out of the packaging. The wig gives this wiggy look as well.( the hump) Very badly constructed.
