Horrible customer service, slow shipping.
For some reason my payment Was made Sunday and was held for 24 hours and was not shipped out until Tuesday, I needed the package by Thursday and it didn’t get here until Saturday, I called to ask what the issue was and the representative that I spoke with was incredibly rude, I’ve already heard bad things about this website but I decided to order from them anyway, I will not be doing business with you guys again based off the customer service that I received from the telephone representative who treated me like I was stupid as well as the timing issue with shipping. I ordered my wig more than one month…
I ordered my wig more than one month ago and it’s still not arrived. I wrote the customer service to ask where my wig is and nobody answered. I called deutsche post and they said that my wig has been shipped back in America. One more time I didn’t receive any email from somebody saying that they tried to deliver my wig.

I think the pictures you have on your…
I think the pictures you have on your website does not represent the true quality of the kind of hair you send. The Bob wig I ordered looked nothing like the picture of it on your website. Please stop misleading people. I hope I get my refund back once I send the hair back. Thank You!
