Completely unresponsive!!! Placed order 7 days ago, and never received my order! Left numerous voicemails, emails and texts and never received an order status update! Called the company at 5:07pm EDT, which is the same exact time zone that they’re in, and received an automated message that they’re office was closed, and stated that office hours are 10am to 6pm. This company will never be used again!

Did not look the same

THE WIG WAS WHACK. THE 2 WEEK RETURN AND RESTOCK POLICY IS WHACK ALSO. WHEN I CALLED NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. ON TOP OF THAT TO RETURN IT COST MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT. SO I AM STUCK WITH A WHACK UNIT. WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WHACK COMPANY AGAIN.

Poor service, very disappointed

Almost 2 months after i still not received my order, i asked for a refound no one answer me ! Very bad experience 👎

I ordered the small tube to see if I liked it, well I still don't know. When I recieved it the tube was already opened there was not even enough in there to apply. So I contacted the company and told them about this and they never responded back. So I paid for an empty tube, which was 4.99 the shipping 12.00. So I paid 17 dollars for nothing. And I'm on a fixed income. Beware of this company.

I ordered May 1st. It was shipped May 2nd with a tracking number. As of May 9th, according to tracking, it is still in NJ. Called and left messages. Sent a message via their website. No response. Contacted the post office. They see what I see. Package is still in NJ. I furious they you can take my money but can’t take my call!

Picture of the wig that you showed on your website did not look the same when I received it in person. Very disappointed and wasted of money.
