Elevate StylesReviews of elevatestyles.com

Well I found your site and was very excited about your products the one that caught my attention was the BaBa wig so I ordered 2 it look so beautiful on the model I just had to have it well it is horrible it look used and no curl/coils at all just a few so disappointed and yet I was ready to order more and share your site with others. Such a let down, I seen other sites that carry the same unit so I will try them hopefully it will work out. I was going to give you a second try but to have 2 defective units well it is just not right. Remember customers always come first and to keep your customers happy and wanting more you have to check and recheck your products to make sure your happy and when your happy the customer hopefully will feel the same.

I have been a loyal customer for years had mailed two issues in the past but this time the units they sent it to me look like they've been used! Nothing like in the picture the curl and wave pattern was already loosened up and Knotted up. Think I'll be taking a break and starting a search for another company because I've tried to email and got no response!

wigs look NOTHING like the pictures. Soft but unrealistic

I purchased a wig from them on May 25th and still have not received it and they never answer the phone or return calls or messages. I have contacted my attorney to file a lawsuit. They are crooks

Received the incorrect order; no one will respond to phone to try and return! Will never order from this company again!!!

Tried for weeks to call and speak to someone with questions about a spe cific unit and left messages for someone to call back . No one did not return my call . According to your hours of operation your office was open at the times I called . I have never done business with you would have been a new customer . The fact that you didn't respond shows lack of quality customer service .

I ordered my hair online. A few days later, Elevate Styles sent me an email saying the hair I ordered was out of stock, and that it take several days for it to be refunded back in my bank account, the company needs to make sure to do their inventory counts daily, so this won't happen to future customer's.

Never got my package within the 2-3 day period. Still haven’t received it, called 4x with no call back, emailed, and it was ordered on the 22nd of May. I was really looking forward to continuing business with this company. Would not recommend.
