Absolutely Dissatisfied
Completely disgusted with the entire process. It’s going on 3 weeks & I STILL have not received my purchase. No one has replied back to my email or phone calls. I want my money back & I’m done with this company.

I was unable to contact any customer…
I was unable to contact any customer service representative when I had an issue with my order even though a number was provided for me to do so. I sent two emails as well and still NO RESPONSE. They're business practices needs work that was pure unprofessional ism at its best. Eventually I received my order, but I believe that was due to me contacting paypal and requesting a refund for my purchases. Needless to say I will never deal with Elevated Styles again. All because of their poor customer service.

Sadly the products were great but the…
Sadly the products were great but the customer service is really bad. I hate being treated like a second class citizen and this is exactly the treatment I recieved. There are wigs that I want badly and I have only found on this site but I refuse to order. Extremely disappointed. also the products are packaged poorly in a very thin plastic bag, there were rips/holes in the bag when I received it.

This is the second time ive ordered from this company and again the hair wasn't what it was supposed to be and its not a good way to conduct business i want a full refund and the wigs that i paid for this is been such a nightmare i will not do business with this company anymore period thank you next

I ordered a 1B vella vella jerry curl…
I ordered a 1B vella vella jerry curl lave front wig and I was sent a 1 instead. I only assume that mine wasn't available. I wasn't asked if I would accept the 1 colour wig. I am very disappointed. Also the density of the wig is far less than I first started ordering this unit. I this is a manufacturing issue.
