Though The delivery was good on time faster than I expected the wigs were terrible what happened at elevate style? You guys use to carry quality products, now your products are terrible

Was not what I expected
Was not what I expected. I will not buy another lace front from elevated styles again. The hair was shedding a lot and the hair quality was terrible. Elevated style needs to do better.

Your tracking number is not updating and that is not good. Once you get a tracking number for anyone else reading this the tracking number once scanned updates that day at night or the next day. We are reshipping another one now. Thanks for letting us know here.

My package has not made it here yet
My package has not made it here yet. And although I know it's not your fault it's a hold up with UPS and covid19....this is my first time purchasing from you all and I'm a little disappointed.

Not sure what is going on here but the tracking number should update right away. The tracking number not updating is clearly not normal. We will reship another one out .
