I call consumer service and he told me he would call me back and I'm still waiting because if I call to correct order and you still send what you want that's not good business

The color I got looked like a honey and blonde highlights on the site but when I opened it the color was way off. A very bright bleach blonde which just looks odd on me.

Was a little nervous to order from this site because I had never heard it. But to my surprise I received exactly what I ordered (No deceit) and I was able to keep up with the tracking and received it in a very timely manner especially considering what we are currently dealing with. I will definitely order from Elevate Styles again!!!

Didn’t like my purchase the wig looks great on the website but looks like dollbaby hair in person the wig is so thin and shiny

Elevate Styles shipped my wigs poorly and the package was torn upon arrival. With COVID-19 running rampant this is not the time to ship products in a cheap, unsafe manner. The wigs were overpriced, but I kept them only because I was unable to find the color I needed elsewhere. I hadn't purchased from Elevate Styles in over a year and am sadden by giving them a retry that has been a subpar experience.

I haven't received my package yet and USPS doesnt know where it is and i havent received an update on when i will get it

Very disappointed. Wig looked used and not the length I ordered. Will be returning today.
