Placed an order of around $75 for braid hair was sent an email from Elevate styles that my order was backordered but the website allowed me to place the order with no indication that the hair was not available. I'm still waiting and my hair appointment is tomorrow. I always use Elevate styles for my braid hair but I think this is going to be the last time I order from them because this is just unacceptable

Did like this wig Porsche Problems: Bangs did not have enough volume. Bangs to thin. Color to dark 27/30 Not enough blends of high lights for me. Will return the wig. Don’t feel comfortable wearing this wig Hopefully “ l can find a wig that fit my style . Will make a carefully selection from your company. Will review your return policy

SCAMMER SITE !!!!!! , I ordered a month ago, I never received my package. They told me to go to a post office if there was not the package and that the tracking number I received is incorrect. Great !!!!, since I requested a refund I haven't received a message. Run away from this site, run very, very far. • Update : I have already seen that the status of my package was noted as "delivered" But this is wrong I have not received anything, I have never received this package. I have been waiting for a month, I visited the post office two weeks ago and I was told the package was not there. I want my refund, I sent you lots of emails to get my refund since September • Update September 26th it’s very weird, when I request a refund in email, no more response and you disappear

Once I received the hair I could clearly see why it was only $3.99. I purchased 7 bags. The amount of crochet hair in the package was truly shameful. I was very disappointed. It wasn't enough ; so I had to cancel my hair appointment. I had to purchase more hair to make sure it was enough. I've ordered from this company a few times and was completely satisfied. However; this purchase experience has made me very unhappy. On top of the quantity not being enough, the quality of the hair is very poor. It sheds way too much. I ordered 10 packs of hair. The amount purchased has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

I never received my order. I received a message that my package was delivered, but I have yet to receive it. I can’t even confirm the address the package was delivered to. Update: I placed a second order on 9/19 because I never received the order I placed on 9/10. I have yet to receive any response regarding the initial order placed. I’ve paid extra to provide my signature for the second order to ensure it is actually delivered. I’m trusting that the issue will be rectified regarding my initial order placed on 9/10 that I was notified it was delivered on 9/14, which I never received. You carry the products I like and I would like to be a repeat customer, but after this I’m not so sure about that.

Never received the order!! I updated the correct address before it was shipped out and it was still sent to the wrong address!! I emailed, no response!! I texted, no response!!! I called many many times and still nothing!!!!! I demand to get my refund back ASAP!! This is fraudulent!! How can you guy have so many means of contact yet don’t respond to any??!!!! I want my money back now! I tried to be patient but it’s going on two weeks and NOTHING!!!!
