This particular unit is just ok, not what it looked like online (pic). But it will do for an everyday use.

Wig for a vacation
I order this wig for a vacation. It didn't get delivered until after I already left. If I didn't need it for a trip I would rate 5. I would definitely order from here but in advance.

I ordered Outre Melted Hairline Collection - HD Swiss Lace Front Wig Elora - Colors : DRFF/HAZELNUT and CHOCOLATE. I’m very disappointed, the name code doesn’t match at all. I received blonde ish/B27 colors for both of them. Be more specific in your colors code name, and add more picture matching each colors you have for each wigs. So the choice will clear and simple.

First timer
I'm not sure what happened but I wasn't able to track my package . Plus, one of my wigs doesn't look entirely new. I never mentioned the speed of shipping. I couldn't track it. That's a big difference.

Hello Kammy, We see that you ordered the Outre Synthetic Pre-Plucked HD Transparent Lace Front Wig Annie Bob 12" - Colors : DR2 CHOCOLATE SWIRL SKU: 10159249. That unit is very popular due to its natural texture. Thanks for commenting.
