I don’t have my items yet, so I can’t give a honest review. Although in full disclosure, the customer service did get back to me on time, but I still haven’t gotten them yet.

Not happy!
This is the second time here recently that I didn’t get an item I paid for. I haven’t checked yet whether I got credited back for that item but I am not happy. If you no longer have the item, JUST SAY THAT or at least let me know the item was not charged!!!!!😠

The lace felt like paper and ripped…
The lace felt like paper and ripped like paper before I even got a chance to put it on. I contacted customer service and they did absolutely nothing. I called multiple times and there was no answer, not even once. Don't shop here!

You guys scammed me out of my money when i ordered the wigs they were in stock now days later its not available i ordered on the 15 today is the 19 i still have yet to receive tracking info on top of that you want to spend more money to reorder on of the wigs i already purchased then you talking about you can't renew my order so you just steal my money

Shipped is fast receiving my package takes forever
I order my item because your price was 20.00 cheaper than amazon.Im a faithful prime member so my packages comes within 2days..i decided to order from this website , email said my package will be here Sat. Oct. 10, still waiting and today is Tuesday 10/13/2020..my track number is still saying the same ( your package is running late but will arrive ).. I would of had my package by now if i order it from amazon.
