Wrong color. Sent email to be sure of color.No response. No one answers phone line. Now I have to send back. Hair very limp.

I don’t have my order. Immediately after placing my order, I requested to update the shipping address. I’m out of my money and have not received a response or my items.

I have bought wigs from your company for awhile so it was to mu disappointment that 1 of the 2 wigs I purchased Tahara human hair wigs had arrived wet and seemed to be used unacceptable and it was packaged that way no tampering so someone intentionally sent it wet and used I never experienced this with your company I thought I found a good wig online store I guess I was wrong I will no longer be purchasing from your company this last incident put a bad taste in my mouth and I'm so disappointed

I placed an order to Germany on 28.10. While the package was promptly shipped out, the tracking stopped updating the very next day on 29.20. I paid $50 for shipping which was almost what I paid for my order. I have emailed customer service with no response. I need the hair urgently. First time ordering and don’t wanna believe that I will get disappointed. Prove me wrong and tell me what’s going on.
