I ordered two beshe drew. I was asked if I wanted the short version or original. I received the short version on both. Great disappointment.

the hair was kinda on the tihn side. whenever you have a stark constrast in color like the om gray 6 isis wig you have to pay more attentention to detail to see if all tracks are fully covered. otherwise when i put it on i have to be a little self conscience if my tracks are showing,

Disappointed in items that were sent wrong color again second time
Bet disappointed sent the wrong colors again will not be ordering any more any time soon.Great prices .

Cuban twist shake n go
Received hair on time but the product was not what expected . Got hair for crochet braids and or was hard and the color 27 was not normal blonde 27. I was not happy with the product.

Always speedy service
I can certainly commend the expeditious service. I did though receive an incorrect hair product item, which I am waiting to see if they will remit the correct one upon receipt of my return. I would hope that I dont have to place another order (and pay shipping for) based on their error. I do get that mistakes happen, not overly perturbed by that, however I WILL be if I dont receive the item.

Customer Service could be better....
I've purchased wigs from this company and unfortunately there was one ocassion that was unpleasant in regards to their customer service...the rep just did not seem to be sympathetic in handling my issue...however I do still consider Elevate Styles to be a trustworthy company...after all, why should one rep spoil it for the whole business.
