I recently made a purchase it was sent out on time the issue however was the usps I never received my package even though tracking says it was delivered. My only complaint is the you use fed ex or ups that way packages require signatures and not just thrown anywhere to be stolen.

The shipping was excellent. The HH Britney looked like it had been worn. The curls in the front dropped so I had to put a roller in it to get the curl back and very frizzy in the top. The Beshe, Napoli, I love this. I just wished they had a #2.

You guys offer great shipping price and I get it usually in 2-3 days. The only thing is I notice you don't have as many wigs as some of the other sites and it takes a long time to stock back up. My favorite wig has been out of stock in most of the colors for awhile. Rcp152 briea is my favorite wig.

The hair SHEDS like CRAZY and it also TANGLES like CRAZY. The wefts are very full and the hair is very thick. But the shedding and tangling is very annoying. It doesn't blend well with African American natural hair FYI. I will be doing a review on my YouTube channel for this hair.

I ordered my wig on Wednesday, and I got an email on Friday stating that the wig was on back order. I called the company the following Monday, and was told the wig would take 2 to 3 weeks to come in. Needless to say, I was not very happy. To my surprise, I received my wig two days after my phone call. The wig is on the thin side, however, I do like it.

I put in an order ten minutes before 3pm on a Monday.email said 1-3 days. Wanted to look good Friday. I didn't get my wig until Saturday after 4pm.Just think the operator should have told me to spend more to get my wig on time. Because I went by elevate styles word.But I do love my wig Thank you!!!!!!!
